Attention Brian Law Office Clients

We are pleased to announce and exciting new development with our firm. Marshall Grinder Debski Pitts has joined in association with Brian Law Offices of North Canton, Ohio. Our association is a full-service injury and disability office with over 70 years of combined experience representing clients injured at the workplace, as well as Social Security disability clients and veterans’ disability clients.

We are eager to welcome Steven J. Brian as part of our team of lawyers. Richard F. Brian, after 40 years of practice, will be stepping into an of-counsel position within this new association.

What Does This Mean For My Social Security Claim?

So how will this affect you and your pending social security claim with Brian Law? It means that you now have additional experienced lawyers, paralegals, and legal assistants at your disposal. Under this new association, you can expect the same level of exceptional experience and service that you have received from Brain Law.

Because of the way the Social Security Administration deals with authorized representatives, attorney Dana Debski will be filing paperwork with the Social Security Administration to designate her as an authorized representative associated with your claim. This in no way affects your claim or your agreement with Brian Law. All contact information remains the same, now with additional office locations.

Whether you or your loved ones have been injured at work, in a motor vehicle collision, as a result of a defective product, medical negligence or any other means, please call on us for help. We can handle Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income cases from filing the initial application to hearing.

Questions? We Have Answers

We sincerely encourage you to reach out to our firm with any additional questions about this new association, or about your individual case. We are here to serve you with professionalism every step of the way.
